Nazlı Can, founder of Can Law Firm, has conducted numerous pioneering studies in aviation and space law over the years. She is a founding member of the Space Mining Working Group and the Association of Space Technologies and Education, and is also a member of the International Institute of Space Law.
Attorney Nazlı Can teaches aviation and space law at several universities and institutions, including Istanbul Technical University’s Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics. She has also served for many years as a special session co-chair at the International Conference on Recent Advances in Air and Space Technologies (RAST). Her work covers topics including but not limited to military activities in outer space, humanoid robots in space, global navigation satellite systems (GNSS), cybersecurity of GNSS, space mining, space debris, and space tourism.
