Attorney Baysal Atalay graduated in 2001 from the Justice Vocational School of Istanbul University Faculty of Law. Continuing his education, he completed the Department of Public Administration at Anadolu University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2008, and in the same year graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law. Subsequently, he obtained a master’s degree in private law at Yeditepe University.
Since 2008, Atalay has been practicing law in various institutions, specializing in commercial law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, sports law, and insurance law. He is among the authors of the book titled “Shareholders’ Rights in Joint Stock Companies” and, in addition to his professional work, continues his doctoral studies in the field of private law.
Attorney Baysal Atalay has received expert witness training at Istanbul Commerce University and has also completed training in “Qualified Calculations in Labor Law” and “Refugee Law.” Since 2018, alongside his legal practice, he has also been working as a conciliator and mediator.
